The whole job was a shamble. Work4u There was a lot more than 6-7 boxes and customer agreed to pay extra as should of been less than 1 van load but took 2 loads.The 17 year old girl helps on a lot of jobs and has never had a problem with anything from boxes to washing machines,sofas etc in my opinion this customer is been sexist as he pad for 2 men and got to men and the girl and as for the damage to the wall i gave him a copy of my insurances to get a couple of quotes and contact the insurance company to get it fixed.Customer also only paid the initial charge and nothing extra.There should of been at least a extra £100 charge for the extra load and the damage to the wall was priced at £70 to repair so its us that have ended up taking losses and not the customer. |

Mattress was delivered on the agreed date. I was phoned the day before and given a rough time for delivery, then the van driver phoned when he was 30 mins away. All packaging still intact, very quick delivery up to the relevant room. Very happy with Work4u all round. |
