I hired Welland Valley last year when I moved house. It was ok. I then hired them when I moved house again in July 2014. They supposed to arrive at my house for 9:00am that morning. However, they did not turn up. I had phoned them and sent several text messages but no reply. It was so stressful as I did not have time to move apart from that day. Finally they sent me a text message after three-hour waiting and gave me this reason ' Hello sorry we couldn't make it, the driver was on the way and a lorry hit them, also I was at the hospital this morning so that was why my phone was off. Hope you moved ok.'. Sorry about the accident. However, as a customer, I still feel dissatisfied with the service. I was not kept informed. the driver did not bring his mobile with my number. |

I have had no contact with them since I accepted their bid which is a bit disappointing, so looks like I am out of pocket! Their contact during the bidding process was good. I have tried to message them through here and call them WellandV This jpb was booked well in advance, we contacted Sharon and completed the job successfully, shewas very happy and paid a tip to show this, however she left this feedback before we carried out the work.....why I don't know ??? |

Thomas and his colleague were brilliant, I had never used a removals firm before, it was a big move and timing was very critical so I was anxious that things ran smoothly. They could not have been more accomodating and at a third of the price I had been quoted by some big name firms. All in all a very positive experience and would use them again without question, thank you! |
