I arranged to have a sofa picked up and delivered at 9am on a Saturday and got a message at 8.35am on the day saying I needed to arrange someone else. Very unprofessional. Trektrek Our van broke down and I contacted you immediately (which I see you have neglected to mention!) So what more was I supposed to do? We were stuck at the side of the A41 with an overheating van. Now you out negative feedback on here and a half story which will affect me getting future jobs on this site! Really really unfair. |
