He wouldn't carry our stuff up to the flat, he wanted to leave it outside saying that we didn't state it was on the first floor, I showed him that it was on the AnyVan site and he still refused. We had to pay him extra. On top of that he was very rude to us. Transgeo (25) replied: Very very not polite and not true!!!.nobody was RUDE.we did show them the booking on my iphone and that proves there were NO STAIRS at all.HOW CAN I LYE WHEN SHE SOW THE BOOKING THERE??????the lady excuse herself saying that she can't find her booking or the site is not working :((....SHAME.... |
