ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY!! SUPPOSED TO TURN UP AT 9.30AM NOTHING NO PHONE CALL TO LET ME KNOW THEYRE GOING TO BE LATE.... I HAD TO PHONE THEM CONSTANTLY THEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE THERE IN 15 MINS... NOTHING... I HAD TO CALL AGAIN ! THEN THEY SAID THE VEHICLE HAS A FLAT TYRE AND THEY ONLY HAVE ONE VEHICLE?? THEN THEY SAID THEY ARE 6 MILES AWAY SHOULD BE THERE IN 15 MINS.... NOTHING... ANOTHER HOUR LATER I CALLED FOR THE 5TH TIME THEY WOULDN'T ANSWER !! SO AFTER WAITING 4 HRS FOR MY HOUSE MOVE I HAD TO SPEND THE REST OF THE DAY CALLING AROUND FOR ANOTHER REVIVALIST. WHICH I DID FIND A BRILLIANT COUPLE OF GUYS WILLING TO COME OVER WITHIN 2 HRS TO MOVE A FULL HOUSE LOAD WHO I WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE ... AS FOR THIS COMPANY I THINK THEY OWE ME AN APOLOGY THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE CURTISY TO CALL TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE NOT GOING TO SHOW UP !!!! |

Well what can I say, I would never use this company again, they turned up an hour late, I asked for a van to move a two bedded house, they sent a sprinter a bit larger than a small van, I couldn't fit everything in and had to pay extra for another van the next day, my new fridge was badly dented and I cannot put the door back on my tv cabinet due to a bad scratch on one of them and dented corners to another. Absolutly nothing to what is advertised. Unless your moving rubbish do not use this company. |

Clearly did not read the job properly. Had 2 different quotes, when I queried this he confirmed that the cheaper one was correct. I was still concerned so asked for confirmation that there would be 2 men. This was confirmed. Time agreed for between 1 and 2. A van eventually turned up at 4.30. The person I had booked had double booked so passed the job on to someone else who had no idea of the size of the move. Moving home is so stressful and this firm made made a bad day terrible. Needless to say I have not heard a word of apology from them. Trans32 Dear Valued Customer You posted two jobs, we bidded on both. You asked which quote was valid and we confirmed. There was no problem there. You requested for 2 men for the job and that is what was supplied, we also had no problem there. We were running late and we advised you as soon as we realized this, plenty of time before we where due to be with you. we kept you posted throughout. You had much much more stuff than you had said but we still done the job without asking for any extra payment. I sincerely apologize that we made your move stressful. If there is anything we can offer in terms of compensation, for the inconvenience caused, please do let me know. Thank you |
