Tony was great! Gave us an estimated time of arrival and then a more accurate time on the day (which was within the original estimated time). My flatmate and I had quite a lot of items and he managed to pack it all in and an extra chair that I thought I'd have to leave. He helped load and unload and had a great attitude which made the ordeal of moving a lot less stressful. Thanks! |

Turned up early before I was ready to go which was a bit stressful, and charged me extra for the job (possibly fair enough, I wasn't sure how much I'd have to bring back with me, I don't think it was £20's-worth (almost 50% on top of original price quoted) of extra stuff though). Other than that, they got everything loaded up very quickly and seemed friendly enough. Tony747 The customer had extra stuff. I did ring to ask if the customer was happy to proceed slightly earlier. In terms of being charge extra. Customer had more stuff than stated. I charged the extra based on the amount of extra stuff. which I believed was fair for the amount. |

Tony and his partner were absolutely amazing. Very professional and super friendly. We had wayy more stuff than we thought, but they didn't batter an eyelid and just got on with helping us move. We re-negotiated the price which was more than fair and they were still the most competitive out of all the quotes I received on AnyVan. I would definitely recommend Tony for any other jobs and have already passed his details on to some friends. Thanks again Tony - and sorry for the badly packed boxes! |

Terrible experience. Strongly suggest to avoid this service provider. Tony747 the customers comment are somewhat harsh . This day all went wrong. Porter not turning up. Every job late. I couldn't let my customers down by leaving them out in the cold at last minute. Did the best i . I helped this customer whom praised me for my hard work. Whom allowed me to leave, To rush to the other side of London. To attend a next customer, whom was also suffering a late service. But was fully understanding to my lateness . |
