We also transport cars, new and used and motorbikes; caravans or other motor vehicles via van or using an 'Ifor Wiliams' transporter trailer. Fully insured and public liability insurance in place. Many years experience within motor and removal trade.

Arranged collection day... twice... and just didn't show... wanted to collect a week earlier which would have been fine had he advised me sooner than that morning!! Big lack of communication... and he wonders why people are slating him on here!! I ended up having to make alternative last minute arrangements!!!! Cheers then!!!!!! |

Let me down on day of pick up , would not answer calls, Extremely poor, avoid ! Do not use this company. We had literally just arranged for it to be done the next day?????? I am confused.com!!! I have since tried to ring him to no avail; my partner managed to talk to him and he said his brother had put it on the site in error and he would remove it but it is still there so who knows???? |

Friendly courier but firstly failed to deliver the day that was promised (by them) then failed to complete the job at all so I had to re-list and obviously cannot recommend Tobyjug2 (38) replied: Went to collect item as arranged with man in his tattoo shop. Advised was open till 5pm. Got there at 4.45pm, he had closed! My partner was with me and she rang him a few times but would not answer, I rang him and he answered and told me he was not answerable to anyone let alone me and who did I think I was! If he wanted to close early that was up to him and he had no intentions of coming back to open the shop to allow us to get the cabinet. He called me a few abusive names and my partner was in tears and could not believe how abusive he was! She3 rang Verity (the lady we were doing the job for) and she explained and apologised but told her there was nothing we could do and did not wish to return as the man was aggressive and was unpredictable as he had been nice enough earlier when my partner had rung to arrange the collection. Verity seemed upset but this was out of my hands!! What else could I do?? I was in time to collect it and through no fault of my own I was obstructed from doing so. My partner can corroborate this and will happily do so and could not believe the way the shop owner spoke to me for no apparent reason. |

Do not use this company. He doesn't listen to details, talks to women like dirt, and is now holding an item of ours ransom to try and get more money Tobyjug2 (38) replied: Oversight on both parts, stool not left by accident as stated on delivery note ONE ITEM and was actually two and I had not loaded the steps, a delivery guy at the other end had put on while I was in the office signing off paperwork, advised still on van but unable to return and deliver that day due to further deliveries. Culminated in threats of reporting me to the Police and taking this to Anyvan! I have since spoken to Anyvan who appreciate my side of the story and I have the item here, have emails stating I will meet half way with a compromise but this young lady does not wish to do so. I am still awaiting a successful outcome and a response to my suggestions of returning the item to their rightful owner. I have no truck with women and respect anyone who respects me but just because I ama 'delivery driver' does not mean I do not deserve to be talked to in a reasonable manner! With thanks |

Horrendous experience. Courier was verbally abusive to seller over the phone. Never collected. Office denied any wrongdoing. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Tobyjug2 (38) replied: Hi, we actually cancelled the call as the man was abusive to our driver and spoke of leaving a 'vicious dog' in his garage while he went out and was leaving it on it's own all week while he went on holiday. He was extremely aggressive and as a delivery driver it is impossible to give an exact time when someone will be there due to traffic, problems with other deliveries etc. This delivery was cancelled as although we are a delivery company, we still expect some respect and courteousness when being spoken to and do not expect threats to our staff. We have a policy of flexibility as we cannot guarantee times when travelling the country and the 'anyvan' ethos is flexible - anytime for pickups and deliveries unless otherwise stated or requested.
