We pride ourselves in being polite and efficient. We are reliable, truthful, honest and very helpful and once we receive a job then we are totally committed. All our quotes are all inclusive, there are no hidden extras.
Our experience is quite commendable considering the positive feedback we have had and continuously have. It’s very important to take a moment and read through our feedbacks which we get from other customers which reflect how we work.
We endeavour to show our experience and courtesy. Most importantly if you engage us to do a job for you, we will do it to your satisfaction, with maximum professionalism, that will meet your needs no matter how small or big the bid might be.
We can assure you that our goal will be to make sure that your goods are delivered with utmost care and professionalism.
Please do consider our bid, although it may not be the lowest but we can guarantee an excellent removal experience.
Our terms are very simple;
You need to be honest with your inventory so that we can give you the best possible quote.
If you need two men please be specific so that the price will reflect two men.
For small jobs that do require one man and the van you need to specify if you need the driver to help or not so that the price will reflect accordingly.
All things that will need wrapping and strapping will be wrapped and strapped.
Please feel free to ask any questions that might be worrying you before you accept our bid and we will do our utmost best to respond immediately as soon as we can.
When you accept our bid we will phone you at our earliest convenience and thank you, first of all, introduce ourselves to you as well and finalise the deal.

they forgot that they sent us a quote and we accepted it, when we contacted them to check what time they are coming they sent back 'today?' TnC This customer is not organised at all, first of all I tried to reach him by text then attempted to phone him 4 or so times but no answer. I even phoned that number the night before to check if it was really going to be the day of removal but again no response. The reason is you have to plan in advance, so having had no response I planned something else and then finally he texted me enquiring when I would come and told him that I had planned for something else unfortunately. then we deliberated on the move until we made an agreement to move him that night. Now the items being moved were far much more than than listed and I told him should I phone Anyvan and report the issue and he said no. He had numerous bags and boxes and which take time unfortunately. It was cold as well and wished if we could finish as early as it could happen but couldn`t simply because that is the fastest time that we could have taken. Obviously when you move you often forget that you accumulate bags over time and boxes which affect the removal time and these bags and boxes do take more time than furniture and we had to take care unless the second trip was going to be imminent. We tried our best under those circumstances. |

I booked a company who explicitly stated that they had insurance, my front door was damaged during the move. It then transpired that the company did not have insurance. The condition of the van was also concerning as it was leaking significant amounts of oil. TnC I am fully insured and also 1 million liability insurance, for your peace of mind. Thank you. |

2 men and a luton van turned up exactly on time. Professional from start to finish, no complaining about lifting heavy items up to a 1st floor flat and even put furniture and boxes in their respective rooms. Done from start to finish in a couple of hours Absolutely no worries and it was the cheapest quote. Would highly recommend. |
