Problems with the transaction which are not satisfactory. Van could not hold all my items so some had to be left behind. The actual delivery went smoothly but there were other issues that left me dissatisfied. Thinker there were no problems with this shipment, i was asked to take another load, which i declined, i must add that at this collection there was three flights of stairs, help was offered by way of a builders labourer who was little use as he kept sneaking off to smoke drugs, i arriveved at 9am to load, customer informed me that delivery must be before 5pm, this was impossible so had to re plan my other jobs to suit, im a hard working lad who never usually has problems, and if i do i sort it personally, this guy is beyond that and so for the first time ever i give negative feedback with no regrets other than coming into contact with a top notch pillock in the first place...100% NEGATIVE |
