Moving my piano was particularly difficult as it was especially heavy and the guys had to move it round very tight corners, but they figured it out and were very nice about it! Would use them again. |

Quoted £57 on the bid and then once I accepted the bid I got a phone call to say that was just an estimate and in fact it would be £120!! I declined the job there and then! Phoned anyvan directly who them helpfully sorted things out and I have now re-booked the job. Terrible behaviour from this anyvan bidder. Beware please! Terrytee bidding errors happen when using two different platforms information takes time to update especially if you out of cellular range doing another job no offence taken I understand you must feel misled but it wasn't the case the app didn't show me any info regarding your move hence the smaller quote you not the first to experience a mistake our work speaks for itself given the chance to negotiate we could have came to a mutual agreement and everyone walks with a smile .We was left with no choice but to refer this customer to anyvan to repost the job ....drivers double check info before accepting can be a bit tricky wen placing bids with a optional minimum bid . |
