About Me
We are a family run transportation business established since 2008 and a member of Anyvan for nearly 3 years, our aim is to provide a fast, simple and cost effective way of transporting goods throughout the UK.
Orders received up to 8pm can be scheduled for next day collection with delivery the following day (e.g. book at 7:45pm on 23rd item can be collected 24th and delivered 25th).
All our collections and deliveries are carried out between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and are next working day delivery (exc Scottish highlands and Ireland which are 3-5 working days).
Goods must be securely packaged for transport purposes and be clearly labeled
To become an Accredited transport provider we ask our users to present one of the following pieces of documentation to further verify themselves.
- Copy of Goods in Transit Insurance certificate
- Company Registration certificate (if applicable)
- UK VAT registration certificate (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Drivers licence details

Had my car door delivered eventually and was scratched all over and without the wrapping on! this door is no good to me now and company (who's reall name is TNT) will not give me their insurance details and have not been intouch with me or anyvan as we have sent numerous emails. Waste of my time and money!! |

i asked for some car seats to be picked up but were left. yes i did not state how many items. i had just put them all together and weighed them and measured them all in a bunch. which i relise that was the wrong way to do it. but it was him not responding to my over 20 odd phone calls and left messages. and still got no reply. and it take nothing to pick the phone up as it is all hands free |

Really disappointed. Bad communicators from the start - this job dragged on for four weeks until I finally cancelled. Completely inflexible on pick-up days and times. They also upset the seller who had recently suffered a loss in the family. Inexcusable and very unprofessional. TeesTP Complete Joke!! listed the item a flexable to get a low quote - which we state within 1-10 days then despite us giving 3 different dates within that time frame each one was not convient for the seller and they wanted us to collect on a date and time of there choice but DID NOT want to pay the extra required for a timed service! |
