Picked up the item, arrived at delivery location claiming he didnt know where to drop off the item so took it home. When I asked when he would deliver the item, he demanded I pay him twice for the same job. Totally unprofessional. Anyvan provides its couriers with a list of pick up and drop off details. In addition, I contacted him to confirm all of these details, yet somehow he claims that since the item was not individually labelled he didnt know where to deliver it which is ludicrous! At no time did he contact me to ask for clarification. I had to hire another courier to collect from him just to complete the job. Seems like a scam artist to me. Steer clear!! Tawnys what a lie , there was no label on the item , so after ringing the destination address they said they didnt know anything about it , i picked the item up tried to deliver and couldnt so went home and told the customer that it would be best to get someone else to deliver as i had spent enough time messing about with incomplete delivery , this customer was so nice on the phone and then stabs you in the back ,a complete idiot if you ask me and i would stay away from any future jobs from this person |
