Driver had no change on him when I was due to pay him, I sugested he go to the shop nearby and drop my change back up to me and he never arrived with my change. Has left a very bitter taste in my mouth, it was only for a few euro and he had wads of cash, irs not as if he needed it - but I did.!!

I arranged to have the bike delivered at 8.30am on Saturday the 6th July 2013.

At 3.00am, I received a phone call from the driver, Declan, who was outside our house and asking if he could deliver the bike. Yes, you read that correctly......3.00am.

I texted him to say that my children were asleep and that his calling at that hour was completely and utterly unacceptable.

At 5.55am he texted again to try to get me to take the bike as he 'had to go to london'. As I felt I was being harassed, I went out and got the bike off him.

This guy is a disgrace. Do not deal with him or anyone who would employ him.

I did explain that person with me got a call from his family that a close relative was taken to hospital and they wanted him to get there. I was caught between a stone and a hard place as i did not want to ring you but as i had arranged to drop off your bike 'before' 8-30am and as i deliver 24 hours if i have to i was hoping 1 night was not going to be too much for you. I understand what you are saying and i did apologise for the late call but i know what it is like having a loved one take sick. Time becomes irrelevant and sometimes you have to do something you may end up regretting. But honestly i do not regret it as i delivered your bike safely and i got my passenger safely to London. It is a pity you have to be so negative about it because i was only trying to do my best!
