This is the most unprofessional driver I have encountered. Gave a time range of 8-10 and notified me the same morning that he won't be able to come at those times the same morning. Suggested 10-11, again nothing. All in all, cancelled the delivery. Sunny129 Hi i did inform you eariler in the morning prior to the delivery i couldnt carry out the collection due to problems with an eariler delivery and traffic problems in the centrel london area. I try not to give gurantee estimate times in centrel london as the traffic is very unpredictable compared other cities. Sorry for the inconvenience. |

Hi. My courier was not sunny129. It was Crafter. My feedback and opinion of Crafter was top draw. He was brilliant. Got in touch 2 days before the pick up date to discuss items to be moved and confirm times and date. Texted me about one hour before arriving to tell me he was on his way and expected arrival time, removing any doubts. Well stocked with blankets and stuff to cover goods. Got me to my destination in good time with good converstaion on the way. Not one bad point to report. Extremely effecient, reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommendable.Cheers. |
