I did, in fact, send you an email last week with my comments but got no response. The fridge/freezer was not picked up as arranged with SundayT. His van broke down so the fridge/freezer was not delivered to my daughter. I was hoping that I would get a refund from you for the £10 I paid. I would appreciate comments from you. Gill SundayT Unfortunately i never got an email from you, i dont think you even have my email as anyvan do not allow emails to be given out. as for the deposit you paid, it does not go to me, it goes straight to anyvan (as their commision) so you need to contact them for it.
