Lack of communication on when the date and time of pickup will be, change of pick up time. Stratton there was no lack of communication for pickup-it had to be within 7 days-the first date was 2 days in and yes it got changed but it was still within the 7days-we also accommodated an evening collection to suit the customer!!!! |

Did Not show up for Collection..No delivery .. Require REFUND from ANYVAN Stratton we told the customer we had suffered a puncture and damaged suspension and that she had plenty of time to sort out another way of moving the items as listed-we suggested a taxi covered by the money she was paying us-£113-she then said it was to much for a taxi as it was enough to go in a 20' container!!! has this woman lied in order to get a cheap quote??? |
