All services are based on the use of one man with a Luton box van. If two or more people are required to move an item, you need to request this in your advert or have assistance available when we pick up the item(s).

The safety of your property is of paramount importance to us so our vans all contain protective sheets, restraining straps/ropes, and trolleys to ensure the efficient and safe moving of your belongings.

All goods should be packed appropriately for transport. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged for transport before collection. No responsibility can be accepted for damage to goods that are not packaged appropriately. If we feel that it would be dangerous or detrimental to the safety of the goods to transport them unpacked then we reserve the right to refuse transportation or to package the goods ourselves. Any cost would be passed on to the customer.

To help us provide you with the best price possible it is important that customers understand that unless agreed before booking we will require as much flexibilty as possible while picking up and delivering your goods. We will not be able to guarantee to pick up or deliver within short time slots given by the customer, although we will always to try accommodate where possible.
