Initially communication was good and prompt and the price I was quoted was great. Unfortunately after paying my deposit (later refunded by the excellent customer service at ANYVAN) I could not get in touch by email, anyvan message, phone or text message. I got in touch Friday evening and it is now miday Monday and still no contact. This has left me and the person I was buying from inconvenienced and frustrated. Srj1971 (13) replied: After accepting my apologies for over booking myself. You left bad feedback. When i bid on the job it said flexible and all of a sudden the customer wants it as a P1 |
