I specialize in short notice work so very often can collect immediately making sure your parcel reaches its destination and meeting that all important deadline. -	Student Move: No Furniture, just 2 suitcases, a guitar, a few boxes, AND ME :), Edgbaston to Ilford	Fire224 16/03/2013	I phoned to confirm time and date of pick up and Mark agreed. I then waited for him and he did not show up. I called to check where he was and some woman answered sounding surprised he had a job. She said she would call back after 10 minutes but did not. I called back twice and got sent to voicemail, and it was clear Mark forgot/ didn't care to inform me he cancelled, even though I clearly stated and confirmed dates and times with him. This guy is completely unreliable. I lost a day of work because of Mark, and almost missed my holiday. If I missed it, I would be sending you the bill for £700! Thanks to the anyvan team to quickly resubmitted my job and found another person at extremely short notice for me.

-	Dresser in two parts, total dimensions given, Queniborough to Burnham	Memcorp 10/03/2013	Very dodgy. The post had pictures and dimensions I even emailed and told him it was heavy, yet they only turned up with one man expecting my 70yr old dad to lift it out of the van. When I called "Mike", instead of tying to help with the situation he started quoting some mysterious non-existent small print he sent me saying it was a one man job, then says I needed to say it was a two man job on the post. Then asked me "what are you going to do" and suggested his man would take it back and charge me extra. Luckily we have good neighbours to help out. Price is cheap but there is a reason, very dodgy, be mindful of the negative review if you are unlucky, it will be very painful.
