About Me
We are a company with ten years exp in transport we pride ourselves on quality. We run a new mercedes sprinter extra long wheelbase to cope with all the demands of transport. The van is clean and fully plylined so ready for every job. We try to be the cheapest but our quality reflects in the price. Give us a try and see for yourself many thanks the manager.

Despite promises to collect it did not happen and inspite of emails and mobile phonecall to stated number I have not received one reply. It is no way to run a business at all. I would never reccommend this person to anyone. In fact I am suprised that ANYVAN allows him to use their site Sprintervans (13) replied: I am sorry this one was my mistake i was in hospital. Sorry for any delays ive only just come out. Regards |

Sprintervans responded affirmatively to a bid that clearly stated that it required delivery by 4pm at the very latest. Sensing he was cutting it fine by the tone in his voice when we spoke the day before I offered him the opportunity to back out on the morning of the delivery but didn't take it. Inevitably he then phoned at 3.40pm to say that he was stuck in traffic on the other side of London. Now I am left in the lurch with no way of getting two football tables to my son's table football birthday party. Extremely disappointing. Sprintervans (13) replied: I was stuck in traffic - i also called you to say i was runing late by 30 mins but this wasnt good enough i even offered any other time and that wasnt good enough have you never drivewn in London traffic on a Friday, i wasted fuel on trying to drive to your job as well as read your emails as you kept changing address ect maybe if you just left it as it was i might of been there on time as i havant time to sit there half the day to keep reading your emails. |

Twice I was let down by Sprintvans. They first promised me they would get to the place and get my furniture, they didn't. I gave them a second change and requested the seller on ebay to hold on, they let me down again with another excuse. As a result I lost the money I had paid for the furniture, I lost the money I had paid to anyvan but most of all, I lost face. The seller though I was a waste of time - all because of Sprintvans. I would never use them again - even for free as I know the job will not get done. Sprintervans (13) replied: We had nothing but trouble trying to collect this for weeks and every time a we needed to make a collection time it never seemed to be possible |
