i waited 10 days for pick up ,then they said they would be picking up at 12.30 i waited all afternoon with no one came, i called them next day, they told me to get someone else to do it, this is a complete waste of time company. |

Terrible service. Not showing up after repeatedly scheduling a time and not bothering to call to give any information. When I did call I was lied about the reasons why the delivery hasn't taken place. Splusi please bear in mind that correct address needs to begiven not just a guess! we have tried to deal with but as explained already! bad customer to deal with!!!! |

Really really back company never recommended to anybody , very bad , liar and even big liar and end up to pay a massive charge of £200 and delay my plan to have that car , very bad people , bad company Splusi very bad communication with this customer have tried to collect his car 3 times but was not informed about silly collection times then wants to ile about charges that have been made! bewarned about this customer unless you as a company wants to run at a loss we will be concidering court actions! also note as pictures are taken if any problems occur please bear in mind if you have not seen the place you are buying from don't deny the photos! thanks |
