Received text message 2 minutes before pick up to say they could not make it. I had to contact them to rearrange new day. Bad customer service and service all round. Would never use again or recommend. They really did not care and delivery guys were unprofessional. Smvanser Customer had very bad attitude from start. We advised we where running late for pickup and where told not to bother that we would have to rearrange. When fridge freezer was collect customer tried to accuse staff of scraping and damaging item. Even though was already damaged. Very u pleasant lady. As you can see from all our other feedback very rare for my staff to be unprofessional |

Van had a mechanical problem after pick-up but the company made sure that the goods were delivered as quickly as possible using an alternative. Really pleasant, polite and kept in touch regarding everything. Would definitely use again and recommend. |
