The worst move ever! They turned up late, with a van far too small for the job but promising they would do as many run as necessary. The move should have taken half a day but lasted until late in the evening. They filled it up to the maximum but without protecting properly our furniture. As a result many of furniture had been damaged or broken. When asked for insurance details they refused to give us the details. I should also mention that they ask for more money in the middle of the move, threatening us to leave if we didn't. So be aware, not only they are careless but dishonest. Smart82 They have booked a Job with me and then they cancelled it. I think they posted their feed back to wrong person as i didn't perform this job at all. I request to any van that please remove it from my list. Thanks |

Arrived later than originally scheduled and the van was rather small for the job but they somehow managed to fit everything in and deliver (despite not being able to find the new address), and they were polite and helpful. Smart82 Hi I was continuously in touch of Mr Kevin that we were bit late because of huge traffic block on motorway due to accident and we all know that we don't have any control of it. Because it was newly built properties and Sat Nav was not getting it straight away that is why it took 10 min extra to find out address for moving to. Overall it was great experience to serve Mr Kevin and they were very nice and polite people. We would prefer to server them again in future if they need. Many Thanks |
