Poor communication throughout and job wasn't completed. The courier said a time for delivery (within an approximate one hour time frame) but was two and a half hours more than this and we were unable to wait at the address any longer (he was still some way away). I had to chase the quote and then the courier to find out what was happening - no direct communication from him at all. Skinny66 timeframe you was given was between 4 and 6 ..... i got there at 6.30 , that makes me 30 mins late not what you stated . as to no communication you called and spoke to me loads of times between 4 and 6 thats half the reason i was late . didnt need to contact you as you kept calling me .... |

the driver failed to collect as per our agreement. He called the following day to say he'd forgotten. Awful service Skinny66 not quite accurate collection was thursday evening delivery was saturday , did contact ou to say i would pick up friday , which would of made no difference to the seller , and you cancelled the job . |
