So upon arrival, he was already 5 hours late. and when he arrived he was very negative and objective to the amount of things i had. as stated in the invoice, i had pre paid for 7 boxes and 2 tables. i estimate the amount and there was a small surplus of 2 boxes and he refused to help, and in addition i had to order an uber that was MORE expensive then the van, and there was plently of room for the rest. he then, once delivered, asked for a tip.

Hi I gave the customer a time slot of between 1pm and 3pm I arrived around 6.215pm because of problems I had informed her about the situation so she was aware when I arrived the goods were on the 1st floor so incorrectly listed and allso she had 2 coffee tables and a rug a chest of draws numerous small items which I was happy to take because it works out better for me I told her there will be a additional charge she sai I will pay you in a week's time I said that's not how it works I'm afraid I need payment before please so she took the additional items in the uber so she had money to pay uber but not me nobody takes payment a week later I have messages where she said I will tip you next week I never ask for a tip I don't think nobody asks for a tip she is being spiteful.
