International movers, shippers and couriers. A family business that goes the extra mile to ensure our customers expectations are always exceeded. Customers items are handled with care respect and consideration at all times. We are not usually the cheapest service, but we pride ourselves on offering the best service possible.
With offices in the Dordogne and the Midlands and vans travelling between both locations every week, we can usually accommodate most clients needs. We also specialise in moving unusual and difficult items and full load removals right across Europe.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

Laptop gone missing!!! And the way the handled it wasn't very professional didn't help I was in hospital either but if my laptop had been with my stuff they would have gotten a great review shame the laptop has gone walk abouts!!! Simong02 The description of this job was " removal of one bedroom". We collected everything from a storage lock up in front of the storage company manager and there was no laptop present. The customer tried to get us to deliver without paying by telling us via a friend that she was in hospital and not available. When we advised that we could not deliver without a payment, she miraculously managed to contact us. We delivered as arranged and her friend paid on the day. Two days after delivery, surprise surprise, something valuable was missing, supposedly. All very coincidental and unbelievable. We have never had 1 instance of negative feedback and are confident in our staff, all of which are long time served mature people who have worked for us for many years. This customer chose the wrong company to try the regularly seen scam in our industry. Please take the time to read every other feedback response and make your mind up for yourself about the integrity and honesty of our company. As you can probably guess, we are passionate about our business and annoyed by the blatant scam and bad feedback when we didn't fall for this clients trick. |
