We are an experienced, friendly removal/courier company from Motherwell (just outside Glasgow).
We do local work and also long haul.
Our aim is to provide a top class service and always go that extra mile om every job.
Our van is carpeted and lined with strapping points on both sides and the floor of the van.

We always send a two man team to jobs but a third can be sent also if required

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.!!!!
if you arent first job on the date you booked we will arrange a rough time but please bare in mind we might be running late.. We phone every job 1 hour before arrival.
In regards to having extra items.. We dont mind a couple wee things but if its alot extra you will be charged extra...
Any parking tickets/congestion charges etc will be charged to the customer on top of outstanding balance on the day.
If there is bad weather or that. We might need to re arrange pick up/drop off date. This can not be helped and is for our guys on safety.
Long haul jobs of high value will have to be payed in advance of the job starting. This can be done by bank transfer. This is just to protect ourselves and also so the guys aren't carrying large amounts of cash with them.
If we turn up to drop off your item and you refuse payment for any matter. Then we withhold the right to keep your item/items until payment is made. Including storage charges on top. If you do not pay within 7 days. YOUR ITEM WILL BE SOLD TO COVER OUR LOST COSTS.

OUTWITH 48 HOURS HALF THE REMAINING BALANCE IS TO BE PAID.

I had two sets of removals in the one day - this team dealt with some particularly difficult wardrobes and tables! They dismantled them for me and were brilliant. They were very helpful and couldn't fault them at all! Job well done! |

Don't trust or use this driver he arranged the move but failed to turn up. Thankfully anyvan sorted another mover. Bit surprised they haven't removed this company so be warned! Simok25 Really sorry. I have just noticed this. It was my business partner who was running the company at the time. He is no longer with the company after a couple issues years ago and now soley run the company myself with an excellent staff base who i have had from the start. If i can help you in anyway in the future. Then i would only be glad to put things right as a company. Once again i am really sorry for the negative experience. Kind regards Simon |

The move was meant to happen yesterday however I got a text at 8:40am for the 10:00- 10:30 appointment stating they cannot attend due to personal issues. I rescheduled this with Simon for today and they never turned up! No phone call or anything, I tried ringing him but it went through to voicemail and then sent him a text saying don't bother turning up. Simok25 Hi there. I let you know early enough oj the day i could not make it due to personnal reasons otherwise i would have been there. You said you would try get someone for that day but next day would be fine. The following day you got in contact around mid day and unfortunality i was busy for the rest of the day. I had no contact in the morning after me trying to phone yourself to see if you still needed us or got it sorted. Im sorry that we let you down as a company and if anytime in the future you require anything i would be only too happy to sort you out in some way to say sorry for before. Thanks for the feedback.
