Please note that if we put a date/time in with a quote that this slot is available at the time of us placing the bid. If the slot has already gone by the time of a bid being accepted then we will collect & deliver within 5 working days. Our drivers work alone so any heavy, big or awkward items will require help with loading/unloading.

I would never use this firm again. Scott accepted the job - then vanished from all contact. He didn't answer numerous phone calls, texts and e-mails. O.K., I had enquired if he could add another small job to the one already quoted for (and earn more money) but when he flew into a huff over that I said fine, forget the extras and just do the basic job for which you have quoted. But the huff just turned into petulant silence - not even the courtesy of a a quick call to say "sorry, I've withdrawn from the job." All this cost me the best part of a day while I tried to work out what he was doing and then had to find another carrier. 0/10 for this firm! Shtrans (13) replied: This lady edited the job that she had advertised then 10 mins later accepted my bid that was for the original job. Sly very sly! I did explain that I work alone and would be unable to remove a 3 seater settee on my own, sadly this was falling on deaf ears. I did not at any point fly into a huff, why would I need to? I did ignore her in the end as she was not getting the gist of the situation and I was busy giving a quality delivery service to proper customers. This lady is your classic example of wanting something for nothing!!!!! |
