- Knew the date I wanted the job done for but never said he couldn't until I accept the quote.
- Once the quote accepted never got in touch with me. To avoid loosing time, I got in touch with him the next day by email (but no reply), phoned him the day after and told me he didn't receive the email if I could do it again. still no reply. Phoned him every day after, sometimes somebody else answering, sometime himself telling me they will get back to me (I can tell he had my right phone number due to calls mobile to mobile and left messages).
After 1 week I managed to get a hold on him on the phone, he was about to tell me he will get back to me, but insisted him to confirm to me if he could do the job for the date I previously told him...and obviously he couldn't. I insisted to have another date at the moment I was on the phone because obviously was so hard to get in touch with him. Once done, said he will confirm that by email.
5 days before the date I'm calling his mobile because still no email confirmation (somebody else answered). I was supposed to be called back the afternoon (never had a call back).
3 days before the "agreed" date, I just came back to my senses, and experiencing with this company such a lack of customer service decided to cancel my quoted&job directly via Anyvan and went for something more reasonable.
The worst is, I accepted his quoted after reading the feedbacks (and answers from the carrier with excuses given for each negatives feedbacks) and thought I could work something out, but no I don't think so.
Obviously there is something wrong here.

He has proved to be unreliable in as much as he does not communicate about planning the job. Obviously changed his mind but he should state so. I would appreciate my deposit refunded?
