I have never received call from the transport provider after I accepted the bid. Although I tried to contact ther provider for countless times, the mobile number provided was switched off. I sent multiple texts to him, but did not get a single reply. I tried emailing him, but no reply after we agreed on the price. I am very unhappy with this service. I will not recommend any one to use this service. |

Rubbish! I emailed nothing, then called the day before collection and was confirmed he would be there at about 10am, I took the morning off work to ensure it went well as new to the site and he never turned up. No phone call, no apology, just phone switched off. |

I called this guy eary yesterday and he said he was driving and would call me back, he didnt. My partner called him this morning and he said he was going to spain and couldnt do for 10 days but said he didnt call me because he couldnt do. This is not very good and I will need a refund. Samy22 (39) replied: Thank you for the comment however, I am surprised how quickly this judgement was made. Your partner spoke to while I was driving and I couldn't call her as I finished late, He called me at 7 o'clock in the morning. I was waiting for the day to start and call your partner to tell her that I am fully booked to spain. As you accepted the bid after 30 days, It wasn't expected. because you didn't contact me telling me that you were going to of the bid, I could re organize my schedule. |
