Would 100% recommend. Very professional & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble at all. They went over and above to make sure they were at the job as they had problems with the van although I didn't know this until later but this shows how professional they were . Well done lads really appreciate the job you did. |

Booked, 7 days before date, phoned them and was told they wanted to do it an hour later, 11.30, I agreed, texted all day and was told they were on their way every time ....they never showed up, cost me a days leave and I still have 2 houses with 2sets of stuff to be moved !! Don't use , oh and by the way anyvan.com won't refund your money straight away , they'll hang on to it at least 72 hours and you'll have to fill in a refund form and make at least 2phone calls to get it back Sam12345 Hi John my sincerely apologies for the upset and inconvenience caused by our company there is no excuse for the delivery men not turning up and will be disciplined accordingly and thank you for your feedback kind regards Mr laurie. |

Sam12345 were a real disgrace. I am a single mum with a 3month old baby,leaving the country on the 31st Jan. I listed the job as inflexible for 30th Jan. Sam12345, after i accepted the quote, contacted me the evening of the 27th saying they could not do the job on the 30th but could the following day on the 28th. we agreed for 4:30. They did not show up, no notice and are not picking up the phones. Unproffessional and unreliable. Sam12345 Not true at all we called we tried contacting the customer when we arrived were told to call as buzzer was broke called several times we couldn't wait any longer as had other jobs booked but we are very sorry the customer feels we were at fault kind regards. |

Called me late on Thursday evening with the move to take place on the Saturday. Claiming that the van was off the road due to an accident. I did note that he was still quoting jobs - so very sceptical about the excuse. Ending up with a lot of problems, stress, and costing me an additional £50. Would not recommend - they could have hired a van, just as the company that I eventually used did. Sam12345 We explained to the customer we had transport issues and that we were hiring vans due to our company vans being off the road and that we may be a bit late to do the job on the date requested and our receptionist received a earfull of abuse so we had no choice to cancel the job . |

Both men were polite and helpful.they did stop off in the way to make the delivery so we're about an hour later than expected, not a problem but would've been good if they'd told us before leaving the collection address. |
