Although I did have to make quite a few calls to make the arrangements once that was done it all went to plan and my furniture was delivered on time and in good condition. |

After many failed attempts on my part, not his, to set a date to get my piano moved, I have been forced to cancel this job with STRA. He never responds to voicemails or emails, so I have had to contact him every time. Each time I spoke to him he made very vague offers to do the job on a future date, but never rang back to confirm (despite promising to do so) and never did the job. He is hopelessly unreliable and unprofessional in my experience - I wouldn't touch him with a bargepole. |

This guy is a waste of time. I phone him on at least 5 occasions to arrange the pick up date and details. On all of the first 4 occasions he said he'd call me back and didn't. On the 5th occasion he claimed he'd left me a voicemail and he hadn't. I've wasted over a week and have to now re-list. If you want service and reliability, pass on this guy |
