This was the cheapest quote and the item arrived safely, so I cannot really give anything other than positive feedback. My only slight gripe is that communication could have been better. Advance warning of when the item is likely to arrive would be really useful. |

Totally let down. Didn't respond to e-mails, voicemails or even contact from the anyvan team. Rss247 your job was listed as flexable which means we need to fit it in a suitable day route we cannot drop and run to you for a 18 pounds job on a same day delivery. your delivery is up for compleation sat 5th after seeing your remarks I take it you no longer require our services ?and I think your comments are unfair 98% of our customers are happy you know how the saying goes you cant please all the people all the time |
