Though collected and transported successfully, driver caused damage to steering through struggling to offload, this caused complications with getting car to garage. Though driver accepted responsibility for this and agreed to pay upon receipt of invoice he has failed to fulfill this which has forced me to further expense of a small claims court. I find him to be unprofessional and totally unacceptable in causing the damage and then basically doing nothing to assist me in expenses incurred to me due to his negligence! My advice to anyone considering using this company's services is to reconsider and use an alternative provider. My loss financially is yet to be recovered through courts please don't let same happen to you! |

I don't know what happened but he glass coffee table arrived scratched and with a noticeable chip in one corner. The delivery men said it was like that when they collected it but the person Who they collected it from said it was fine when it left him. The delivery men said they had to glue a wheel back on ( the table was on castor wheels) but at least if they had delivered it with one wheel dangling off. They should have let me see the wheel as it was. It seems odd in hindsight that they would glue it back on. Anyway, I don't know where the blame lies for the terrible state the table was in but the only loser was me! |

This removal firm provided a very efficient service, the two guys were friendly, straightforward and flexible. They were very understanding, I still had some packing to do when they arrived but they just got in with packing the van which allowed me to finish. It was hassle-free, they arrived promptly to the destination, they were waiting for us, and there was no difficulty finding the address. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and would seek to use the company for future moving adventures. |
