dragged the item and wasn't able to do job on own Roys (25) replied: The job was not advertised as requiring 2 men & I was assured that there was someone to help me lift the item, hence the low price. When I arrived, a woman with a bad back was unable to help. To prevent letting down the customer, I laid appropriate protection on the the ground & I moved the sofa, which was undamaged. The customer never expressed any concern at the time & I am surprised and annoyed at the feedback. |
