Good price but arrived a day late w/o explanation and unable to contact on day of expected delivery cos phone switched off.Dropped item twice whilst transferring from van to my home. Route66 excuse me.you couldn't phone me because my phone was broken,hence the new phone and number, I droped the package twice because you tripped over a bike pulling it out of my hands the 1st time, the 2nd time you got to the top of the stair and took off while I was still climbing the stair again pulling the package out of my hand. I had to wait for my payment while this guy called the seller to complain to her too, professional moaner me thinks,he said he was going to sue the seller, no doubt I'll be next, |

After I accepted the bid and paid the deposit, the driver immediately demanded the balance be paid in advance via PayPal, against the advice on the Anyvan website that payment should occur upon completion of the job. The driver then demanded additional payment for me to ride with him during the journey. He then sent me incorrect payment details and was rude with me when I raised questions about them. After all these factors, I decided to decline his services. Route66 if the client had checked our terms annd coditions, he would have known that we only accept paypal payments in advance,and he never asked if he could travel with me, he declared he was travelling with me ,he wasn't happy when told I was a courier not a taxi,as for not being able to read an e-mail address , that was his way off not paying in advance, a real time waster ,beware everyone |

Driver had problems on the road and had to deliver the morning after the day we originally agreed, but he let me know what was happening and I knew the timescale was tight to begin with. He also agreed to deliver to my work address when I said I had to leave early. |
