Unprofessional, had to cancel booking. I requested a specific date, and after paying the deposit he said 'I'm not sure about tomorrow. Probably later on today I'll tell you my availability', later he said he was busy all day but maybe the evening although 'I'm not sure yet, but I think about 7pm-8pm'. I said that the evening would be an awkward time but if he could confirm a time I'll see if possible, and he said he couldn't confirm a time. I asked him about Friday & the weekend and he said 'I don't know yet, but I think I will be fine'. At this point I gave up - I couldn't wait until the weekend without knowing if he would definitely transport my furniture. Roumenis OMG.... First of all, I'm found out that you canceled the delivery by reading your feedback. Second your dates for pick up was" 27 Jan - 2 Feb and delivery - flexible". After you accepted my quote, you told me, that the job have to be done on 27th., which was next day and I was not ready to do it and offered you to do it evening time around 7-8 pm on 27 th. as I was around Manchester and didn't know what time will be back. After that you told me your brother will be not available so late to help me and you offered me the job to be done next weekend and I accepted. I didn't confirmed the time as we had a week ahead and many things could happen at that time. Third, I'm not cheap. My service is not expensive and all my customers so far are very happy with the quality, always on time, helpful and professional service we provide. Thanks for reading my respond. |

Driver in contact with me from beginning. Person picking up item from was running late and had no mobile phone signal in area she was coming from. Driver stayed in contact, waited patiently, even went to a neighbor's house to make sure it was the correct address, and after the person we were picking up from finally arrived, (30 minutes late!) the driver was still there and sent me a text message, albeit to my home phone land line, that he'd be with me within an hour. Patient, courteous and not just in it to 'make some money'. Satisfied thus far! Cheers! |
