Turned up on time and worked hard, A microwave was badly dented and a box lost during the move. It took two weeks to get a response out of the firm (and they only replied when I got anyvan involved). I was promised that a cheque would be sent to cover the microwave damage only but it did not arrive. Would not use again. RonnieG Total rubbish we did not damage the microwave and did not lose the box.I made the offer of a payment as a gesture of good will to this customer but have had no reply to my offer,then he writes this feedback.Total chancer. |

Excellent service. I didn't realise that it was the local gala day on the day we had arranged for Ronnie to move our furniture. He couldn't get to the flat because the roads were closed yet he waited patiently. The sofa was too large to go down stairs in one piece so Ronnie and his colleague carefully took it apart to transport it. They even put it together again for my sister when they reached her house. I will definitely use Ronnie again if I need anything transported in the future and I would highly recommend him. |

Very pleased with Ron and his helper. Very careful, pleasant and capable. Even with difficult turns,quite a number of steps both collection and delivery - they were not troubled. Ronnie and his assistant were early and stored everything securely and safely in the van and delivered it and placed the items in their new surrounding with a minimum of effort - despite Ronnie having a chest infection. They were friendly, pleasant and did a great job. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys. |
