We are new to anyvan but have 8yrs experience in furniture removals

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:
- Bronze Certified
= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified = 71 - 250 successful jobs
- Gold Certified
= 250+ successful jobs

Only the driver arrived when I asked for 2 people - itinerary was for wardrobes etc. Driver argued and said he'd cancel the job. Eventually he agreed to get help and the job was actioned. Leather couch was scuffed during the move and after inspection I was told he had a cousin who could restore the suite to it's original state but I'd have to wait 2 weeks due to his holiday. Attempted to contact him after the 2 weeks and told his partner I was trying to contact him. Despite numerous calls I did not manage to speak to him and I have not received any call back despite they're obviously being many missed calls on his mobile. Rob45 2nd man was never requested but once i arrived and the man asked for 2 men i got 2nd man to job asap, we placed sofa in garage as requested and no marks where on sofa it was a garage door we used, when i went to view these marks the sofa was in the house i believe who ever moved sofa into house caused the damage but as a goodwill gesture did offer to get my cousin to look at sofa and sort out repairing the few scuffs but when we tried contacting the customer we got no reply went to his house twice but no one was in, then received this feedback i have contacted anyvan regarding this feed back |

Quick to respond to advert, polite and on time. We completed the delivery the same day. They did take a chunk out of the wallpaper with the bed which was frustrating but these things happen when moving large furniture. Would use again. |
