Rhys let us down twice with little warning. The first time we gave him the benefit of the doubt, after that he was hard to reach, not replying to phone messages/texts. He eventually reorganised at very short notice, and then let us down again, phoning half an hour before pick up to say he was in Scotland! I therefore cancelled the job Rhys08 (20) replied: Sorry we have been unfortunate with traffic and vans over last couple weeks also this time pick up was given at short notice aswell but sorry couldn't complete job |

Two 'boys' turned up in a small beaten up old van despite knowing I had a full 3 bed house move to do. They made two trips taking only a few items and did not return to complete the job despite taking money from me. They refuse to take my calls and emails and have left me totally stranded with a house two thirds empty. Very unprofessional and would advise people never to use them Rhys08 (20) replied: We have tried to contact you for last 48hours on and off no reply. They would off been able to move all your items if they hadnt been buried under so much stuff they couldn't get to them also we left you an answer phone message last Wednesday to say that we couldn't complete job as off family emergency these things happen.plus we took 50% money and the boys moved more than what was listed plus they did 50% moving. |

firstly my apologies for being late with this feedback due to pa in law in hospital.i cannot speak to highly of this carrier.this pick up was arranged at the worst possible time,as it happens by my self ,thankfully i picked these guys who sorted all the arrangement for me .when they delivered the sofa which was very heavy,they were careful manouvering it to where i needed it and even put it together for me,i willDEFINITELY be using them again,nothing was too much trouble for them 10***************THANKS LADSchris bailey |

Can't fault the two boys who came, they were lovely and very friendly. However, my advert clearly stated it was a whole house move and I had listed every item, yet the van they turned up with was pathetic. They had originally told me it would take two journeys, something I wasn't happy with but was willing to put up with. However, once they showed up this quickly turned into three journeys, making a normally long and tiring day even worse. Even with the three trips done things were still left behind that had been on the list including drawers from cabinets that had been taken out and the central support from our bed so we had to sleep on a mattress!! As I said, boys were lovely but van size left a lot to be desired, unfortunately would not use again as it made the day far more stressful than it should have been. Rhys08 (20) replied: hi i understand problem was van size and we have bigger vans but fully booked on day we did the move.were sorry about any inconvience to you and the boys said they could got draws and support in back but must slip there minds as was late. sorry again |
