We are a company that helps people and businesses relocate their goods from one place to another. In most cases we use moving vans or panel style vans for small removals, but for international Spain moves or where storage is essential we may use larger vans where part loads are possible.
Household removals call for careful wrapping and packing to avoid damage to furniture and effects, so many household policies do not cover goods in transit unless they are being packed, carried and unpacked by a professional remover.
The process of packing a van for a removal requires that polished surfaces are protected mostly with special blankets or cardboard. Breakables and other fragile property are packed in boxes with layers of crunched up blank newsprint generally used to protect against scratches and chips in transit. Soft things may be packed in bags, suitcases or boxes.
Moving furniture in and out of houses flats or apartments, specially older properties, offer difficulties in areas where there are many older houses, furniture movers are skilled at these moves.

I've have tried to contact him on my landlne and mobile. No answer just rang out. Tried e-mailing and useing the Anyvan Messagging service. No answer. Even sent a Text message and no answer. Have n idea when they would show up as been tring to arrange a pick up time/ I will be with you between 11am-6pm would be ok, at least I would know they were coming. Had to cancel and contact a company the old fashion way, There already on there way, Now thats great service unlike Remove4U who can't communicte witht there customers. Looking at preious comments this is an ongoing issue I understand they may be busy but a text,e-amil and phone call over 2 whole days isn't hard to reply to.. |

This was the first time that we have used this service. We were happy with the price quoted for the job to be done. Tommy at 'remove4u' picked up the items as requested and delivered them without a hitch, the same day. He was friendly and the whole process was a lot less bother and more effective than hiring a van and doing the job ourselves. I would definately use this service again and would be happy for Tommy to do the work at a competitive price. |

Thoroughly disappointed and would not recommend them. We thought we would give someone new to anyvan a chance inspite of no feedback about them. What a mistake that was. The quote was low so I mailed the company through anyvan to confirm that they could do it for the price. I gave an estimate of approx 20 packed boxes plus the furniture. The guy said yes they could do it no extra charges. Two men arrived on time but the vehicle wasnt big enough to take all the items. They said they didnt know anything about taking boxes, only furniture. They said they would have to do 2 journeys and therefore it would cost us double. We had to have the items moved so feel we were pushed into a corner and had to agree. We thought we would speak to the boss of the company later and sort it out, as the job posting clearly stated furniture and boxes. Everytime we have phoned noone answers and if we phone immediately again it is engaged. All calls have been ignored, how professional is that!! We feel we were ripped off and conned.
