they had a tire blow out on the way, so job supposed to start at 9 am started after 12 noon (after multiple frustrating phone calls). When they arrived, knocked down a part of the boundary wall whilst reversing. Did the moving bit fine and were helpful in dealing with sofa that would not fit in. Unlikely to use them again, however... Rem2012 (45) replied: Accidents do happen and we don't claim to be perfect but we did call and inform of a delay, reason and possible time of arrival. We did not cancel on you but got to work as soon as it was possible. We have not knocked a wall but moved 1 bric in the fence and we travelled 60 miles again to FIX IT. Very unfair of you to leave negative feedback after all our efforts to put things right. |

Unfortunately we did not exchange contracts to move when expected and they were very difficult to get to commit to the new moving date. Only let us know they had booked another job when it was too late to get another company to do the move, and we ended up moving a 4 bed house with a van and just 2 men. Rem2012 (45) replied: They agreed date on anyvan, kept on cancelling many times, then called again to request removal the following day which was already booked up by another customer. Very disorganised |

Jayson and Frank were BRILLIANT - super helpful, super friendly, efficient, hard-working and reallly nice guys. They worked quickly and productively and took good care of my belongings - and me, even buying me a milkshake when we stopped for petrol! I recently used this removal company to move from 2 bedroom house and was 100% happy with them.These guys were very efficient,friendly and polite.turned up bang on time,got straight on with job and knew what they were doing.They gave a very good quote as well. Excellent service,.very professional, good communication and friendly guys. Nothing was too much trouble, they got the job done in no time considering on 3 floor with no lift! We had a problem with our sofa as it didnt fit even helped solve that problem. We be using again |

I would highly recommend this company. Two guys turned up on time, worked their socks off for 9hours in a house move. They were easy to deal with and had a great sense of humour which helps at the time of a house move. |
