Very disappointing. He arrived late in area having no idea where to go having previously stated he was familiar with locality. Partner gave him explicit directions which were ignored. After 45 mins of mucking around, she physically walked around the area to find him and bring him to building, would have taken much less time if he had actually been where he said he was! To add insult to injury, he tore the settee leather moving it out of apartment, and merely shrugged it off as minor damage not worth worrying about and appeared almost amused by my partner's concern. I do not like to leave negative reviews, however this one is fully deserved and in this instance I wish we had used a different 'company'. |

Really great service, would recommend Raza. We ended up moving more boxes than expected and this wasn't an issue for him at all. He also brought someone with him to help the move. Very satisfied. |

I booked this job on Tuesday for collection at 8.30am on Saturday. I rang the guy to confirm but he wasn't in so he confirmed by text (not great communication from the start). At 8.10 on Saturday I received a text to say that his nephew had passed away on Wednesday evening. I'm sorry for his loss however that was on Wednesday surely someone could have contacted me sooner than 20 mins before the pickup time to tell me this. Now I have been left with the hassle of rearranging another van at short notice and the hassle of trying to get my deposit refunded from this site. Raza69 Nephew passed away in car accident |
