terms and conditions
We currently hold goods in transit insurance of up to £10,000. the first £100 of any claim to be paid by customer these claims are only for breakeges and must be paid before any claim is processed by ourself please note also if u travel in the van and it breaks down you have to make your own alterantive travel arangements however we will endevaour to help
please note if you book a flexible collection and delivery this gives us up to 7 days to collect and deliver your item we will endeaver try to meet your collection times and delivery times however if a more urgent job comes in we will contact with a new collection time and date
Please do ask any questions you may have. * Job arrival times are estimated. Although we always do our best to be on time, circumstances out of our control may cause delays. We will not accept responsibility for any customer losses due to unforeseen or unavoidable delays.
* Parking has to be organised within a reasonable distance (10-30 meters) from the main entrance at both locations. Additional charges may occur if the distance is more than that.
* In the event of our negligence or breach of contract resulting in loss or damage to your goods, any claim need to be reported and signed with our team on the same day of delivery, If not, the customers will have no right to our goods in transit insurance
* Extra charges may appear if the actual amount of items to
transport on the day exceeds the agreed list upon booking.
* We accept payment in cash only
* It is customer responsibility to confirm availability before accepting our quote.

please also note on house removals you must confirm before accepting quote we are still available also if there are any stairs and you have not mentioned this then we reseve the right to charge more also please bear in mind any tolls congestion charge or ferrys are to be paid by customer Thank you for reading my profile.

The van was OK but dirty inside - possibly because the driver was collecting plants and a tree. Rayfer01 the van was clean till we put the plants in and the wet soil from the plants made it dirty i had a puncture and had to get rac to come out as i couldnt get wheel of and the lady who came did her job like any one else we were moving a few outdoor plants the lady requested 2 persons not 2 men i had to scrub my van after to get out dirty soil |
