DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He is unreliable. tells lies, and has not yet returned my down payment. I accepted bid and arranged a collection date. He failed to show up and didn't contact me. When I chased him there was a long pause on the telephone and then he came up with some story about having to buy a new van. I rearranged a second collection date two weeks later, as he couldn't do it before that. The second date came and went and again no pick up. Again no contact. When I phoned he said it had slipped his mind. At this point I cancelled the order and requested my 50% down payment was returned. Despite many promises I am still waiting two weeks later. What is amazing about all of this is he really doesn't believe he has let me down. How he comes to that conclusion is beyond me. This guy shouldn't be allowed to trade on this site |

Although “rapjap12” gave his landline as contact number, he failed to answer this despite multiple calls. Surely providing a mobile number is essential for a “man with van” service? No mobile number was provided; rapjap12 did not make any contact by mobile following the booking and no replies came from attempts to contact by email. I had to relist the job following complete failure to reply to any contact and rapjap12 not showing up on the time booked. |

Did not show up for pick up at agreed time and place. Did not not call to cancel or update me to their progress, delays etc... still have not! Rapjap12 (15) replied: hows this going to be resolved this negative feedback you have left i feel you have made a haste decion when you left it....ive been trying to make contact by calling you at home and your mobile ive had no respones bck..about yestaday not collecting your piano..simple i had 2 problems in france the first problem my phone stoped working so i had no internet as i only had the pickup details... the 2nd problem was delays on the road so i was delayed in traffic....when i got to the next service station around 2pm tried calling the people for aruond an hour there was no answer...the funny thing is my ferrywas at 8pm and didnt have calls on my phone till 11pm last thats why ive been calling today to explain and rebook for this comming week.........now you can see why i think the feedback is uncalled for..now ive explained please have the negative removed as i value my work ethic and i alway try to deliver the best service |
