Was messed around with dates & not told what was happening. Took time off work for no reason as he never showed . Initially was told he would pick up on Thursday then on Tuesday he said he had sent an email to change it to Tuesday (no email was every received) then it was Thursday. Texted on Wednesday night, no reply then got a message Thursday lunchtime on this site to say he couldn't do it til the following week but wasn't sure when. Booked someone else who is cheaper & turned out to be much more reliable too

This customer messed around for 2 weeks asking questions about delivery days and each time I gave him a day he would then ignore my e-mails . after 3 e-mails e-mails in which I explained I neede an answer because I would be going to that area on the tuesday and neede him to accept the bid so that I could arrange pick up when he finaly did reply and accept the bid it was after 9pm on the day before collection was required which was obviously too late for me to change routes . As I was leaving Dorset at 4.30am I did not receive the e-mail The customer sent me a text on tuesday when I was already in lancashire and said he was desperate to move the car as the person that had it was a c---and he was going to go round and hit him .He admitted it was his fault that he had kept messing around . I told him that as I was up north at the time I would have a look at what was happening when I got back and let him know wether I could do it. Unfortunately I could not do it the next day and sent him an e-mail to that effect saying if he could get someone to do it quicker then it was ok

Very, very, very good indeed. Definitely goes the extra mile (no pun) to give good service. Ian made the whole business of moving the car much easier than dealing with borrowed trailers, trucks and what-have-you. I will know next time just to call him and let him deal with it all, saving myself the worry.
