I am glad that the dolls house got to me safely, at one stage I doubted this would happen as communication was terrible. If circumstances happen that are beyond the control of the driver (breakdown, traffic etc) then this is understandable, but the customer for pickup and delivery needs to be told what is going on.. Originally I was told to expect delivery midmorning. I had to do ALL the chasing up to find out what was going on. finally I was told at 8.45 pm that my delivery was next and it would be another couple of hours. By one in the morning . . still nothing. My package finally arrived 8.00 the following morning, after a very troubled night for me and an upset daughter. The lack of communication was very unprofessional and disapointing as the initial emails were very reasonable and seemed trustworthy. I would not recommend this company. Sorry, but it was all too stressful. RANDJJ (5) replied: hi thanks for the feed back i understand why you are upset about delivery but i did try to give you as much info as i could when i phoned you as you stated in your feed back there was accidents and heavy traffic on roads and i will apogise again for matters outwith my control when they phoned the next day they told me that they would not deliver to a house with a kid at midnight and that they would deliver am so i am a bit dispointed that you stated that you would not recommend us as your goods where deliverd safely and with politness but thank you and we will take on board your comments |
