Terms and conditions :
~ Additional charges may be incurred for items that have not been specified on the job sheet.
~ It is the customers responsibility to arrange suitable parking at both collection and delivery points,
ie a parking permit must be provided if required.
~ the customer is responsible for covering the cost of congestion charging if the delivery is made during chargeable hours
~Any fines incurred as a result of not providing sufficient parking as stated above will be the responsibility of the customer.
~ If more than one person is required you must advise us of this prior to booking.
~You must provide an inventory list prior to accepting my bid.
~ You must advise me of any special requirements prior to booking, such as items being delivered above ground floor level (where there are no lifts available) or restricted access sites.
~ Please confirm availability with me prior to booking as delivery slots fill up fast
~ I reserve the right to cancel bookings if no prior contact has been made.
~ Please ensure any fragile items you wish to transport are adequately packaged prior to collection, ie glass is bubble wrapped or protected in another safe way.

The other star ratings are all determined by the number of successful jobs with a compulsory minimum of 95% feedback:

= 20 - 70 successful jobs - Silver Certified

cancelled job without warning - take great care with this company - spent a long time organising the collection to find in fact they had no intention to fulfil the collection / delivery - no communication Pz1982 I apologise for any inconvenience caused.Unfortunately this situation was completely out of my hands. I can assure you that I had every intention of carrying the job out. The reason that I did not carry out the job was due to an administrative error by Anyvan (cancelling another job without notifying me of the cancellation). Again please accept my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. |

It is great service. Very friendly and tension free...All my goods came with out any damage in good condition. I highly recommend Pz1982 . I transported my 55 inch TV from UK to Netherlands and this also came without any issue. I am completely satisfied with service. |
