Appalling company. Two weeks after paying the deposit I haven't heard of a collection date, my last emails and messages have gone unanswered and whilst they sent me an invoice promptly they then cancelled it with no explanation. Am going to try to get my money back via the PayPal Guarantee. |

Absolutely terrible service. Still have not received my parcel after weeks of waiting and multiple rearrangements. Poor contact, stories of vans breaking down, unable to contact via phone as lines have been cut. Having to rearrange delivery and try to get a refund! |

Where do I start? 'Incompetence' doesn't begin to describe this company. I waited more than 3 weeks for delivery, the table arrived scratched - there wasn't a mark on it before it left the collection address. There was a fresh deep scratch that the delivery driver said ' wasn't him'. He called the company and they said someone would be in touch within seven working days. To date no one has called me. If you value whatever it is you are transporting don't touch this company with a barge pole! Pardon the pun, the chap who delivered was I believe Polish, the girl on the switchboard is I believe Polish and their communicational skills are none existent. To say this was a frustrating experience is an understatement. |

I accepted and paid in full to this company and it is now the 22nd june and I have received not one phone call from this company and they have failed to pick up on two occasions !!! my last phone call was to say I would not put anything negative on the feedback if they promised to collect or at least contact me if anything went wrong ! Neither has happened and yet again nothing !!!! I am at my wits end and used this company as it said 100 percent !!!! Putney12 (230) replied: We must agree here that we have failed to deliver the item on time, HOWEVER that was due to unpredictable technical issues with our van. We were left in situation in which we had to act as quickly as possible and we assure you that we did our best to contact all parties in a timely manner. At the end of the day we work with people and machinery and unforeseen circumstances may occur no matter how unusual it is. |

Excellent service. Although the web site state delivery within 5 to 10 working days the item was collected and delivered on the 5th working day. Good communication and customer service. Would recommend. |
