The driver did not carry out the job as agreed. He did not bother to tell me on the day that he was not going to make the pick up as arranged. He then ignored my messages about trying to re-arrange the booking. Primevan Dear customer, We apologize if you feel that way and we have tried to to everything to accommodate your booking. Unfortunately we lost one of our drivers and we mention that to you. For that reason your job took a bit longer than expected, but as far as we know we kept you informed about it.
